Luxe Lakes Villas

Six lakeside villas for a new subdivision were developed to maximize water views and create a neighborhood with a distinctive but cohesive character.

I researched local zoning and code constraints to guide our massing studies and conceptual design process. I assisted with schematic design and design development, refining drawings and coordinating with building systems consultants. I also produced visualizations of the villas and site plan to present to our client.
